The short answer is when you buy the game digitally on Best buy which is what it seems like you're trying to do once you get it you put the code in from the email they send you of the game on your Xbox in the redeem section. ((((((This is best buys process below)))))) Step 1 Add your digital video game to your cart and place your order in checkout. If you do not have an email address on file, you will be asked to add one. Step 2 You will receive two emails shortly after placing your order. The first has the subject line “We’ve received your order” and will provide information about your download. The second email has the subject line “Redeem your code.” Step 3 Redeem your code within your gaming console to initiate the download of your game.
