Never. Best Buy customer service is clueless. I chatted with them 3 different times and probably got 6 different answers. Never got a code. I told them that this type of pre order bonus has been going on for 20 years…the retailer supplies the code, not the developer. We always got the code emailed upon release of the beta or trial or whatever. Best Buy gives me zero reason to purchase from them anymore.
