“On the image for the item, it says "no disc included", but in the product description to the right on the page underneath place order there is only a physical copy you are able to select. Which is it? Will there be a steam code I need to redeem or disc?”

• No disk, just a code to d/l the game. If you're using wifi, plug in an ethernet cable to your router or it'll take forever.

• The box copy I bought from Best Buy came with a Steam code where the disc would have been.
