A:AnswerIt's round base w/a curve to nest to the actual Camera is fitted w/a strong magnet. You mount the base w/screws or glue. If glue I would use a professional outdoor silicone glue.
Then you just place the Camera on the base and it will stick in whatever position you need to get the best picture that suits you.
