• You can receive a notification to your phone when there is movement. This is related to the app and not via a phone number text.

• I get an alert on my cell and have the option of viewing a clip of what set the camera off or going straight to Live View

• Yes the canary app does send text notifications to your phone whenever the camera gets any type of activity in the room you are watching
