I have a Canon Mg5520 Printer I just need to print documents can I just get the Black cartridge for this printer null

Yes you can. Be sure to order the High yeild or XL cartridge. choose “Black and White” in your printer dialog box. You will save ink.

Yes I would think you can because I can order any color cartridge I need for my Canon MX 922.

Not normally, No. Canon makes a convenient printer ink package with all necessary inks. If you prefer printing in only black ink there are solutions in printer selections that will fill that need.

You'd have to look at the back of the package to see if your printer's model number appears there. Which ink are you currently using?
