• I bought mine to for astrophotography, but yes it would work perfectly for that. I recently went to Iceland and only used the standard lens for pictures and my iPhone for panoramic shots. The below pic is what I took with my 18-55mm lens, but I wish I had not left my 24mm in the car... I would have caught more of the surrounding landscape. Enjoy your trip!
