Yes. This EF-S lens is designed for that camera body. You can use an EF or an EF-S lens on the 80D camera body. However if you own other Canon DSLR bodies that are “full frame sensor” size you can’t mount an EF-S lens on full frame cameras (5D series, 6D series, 7D series etc.). I own a 60D and a 90D (also use EF-S lenses).
