The 4K is a cropped capture. Can record at 30 FPS.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.4K on this camera records only in MJPEG format, which is a bit of a joke. It takes about 4GB per minute of video. There is no raw video output, no log profiles, no ProRes codec. Canon reserves the more advanced video features for their C line of cameras. There's also no 2K on this camera. It has 1080P at 60FPS, and DCI 4K at 24fps or 30fps as you noted, no other frame rates at 4K and no 2K resolution. If you're more interested in video than stills, look at the Sony A7RII or upcoming Panasonic GH5, or look at Canon's C cameras.
