Unlike the overly aggressive for no reason answer you received from boso down there. To give you the honest awnser, it’s up to you and your style on which camera would be right for you. Canon, Sony, and Nikon have released camreas in July 2020 that are better then last years. The most praise I’ve seen is for the canon and rightfully so but I urge to just do some research on them. Big name film YouTubes and company’s have already made reviews comparing both cameras I urge you to watch those and other videos to strengthen your option. Don’t let the other guy discourage you from getting and bettering your gear. There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting professional equipment!! Hope this helps man!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This camera isn't out yet and neither is the camera you're asking about. How can anyone answer this question? Rather buy new gear, ask yourself "Have my photography / videography skills reached a point where buying a new camera will benefit me? Or am I just a gear junkie who wants to spend way more money than I need to so that I can brag online about what the equipment I have can do? Will a new body do more for me than a new lens? Am I donkey?" Tell you what, you go ahead and buy both, test them completely, and then give an unbiased, completely objective review of the two cameras and let the world know JC. That way anyone else asking this question can stumble upon this Bestbuy page and find out.
