The technical limit is 30 minutes for both, the R5 and R6, regardless of video mode. HOWEVER, look into how heat dissipation issues will limit the time to less than those 30 minutes. This may be (somewhat) fixable through a firmware patch. *Bottom line*: the video duration is limited by temperature issues that depend on the resolution you film at. This temperature issue DOES NOT impact photos/stills, only videos.
