I am not sure about missing memory card and free album coupon. May be check with Best buy. for eyecup EF, yo should have had it. It is the rubber thing around the view finder of you camera. Please refer to the link https://shop.usa.canon.com/shop/en/catalog/eyecup-ef every camera should have this and not sure why this has been mentioned special in the deal.
