A:Answer I have an R6 and an M50. Both use exFAT. It's a safe bet that the RP does too.
Per Canon RP specifications (surely you could have looked it up yourself, no?), at the max. resolution, video file size is about 869 MB/min., and:
"There is no restriction to automatically stop movie shooting even when the file size reaches 4GB."
"Video recording is interrupted if the maximum recording time per video, 29 min. 59 sec., is exceeded."
