This printer it's able to print double-sided paper to save time and money, I'm not 100% sure but I believe this printer will recognize double-sided pages even you're not changing its printing format even we're too busy to notice it to change it. I often just only print one page to save papers, waste or land waste to save our environment as much as possible which allowed me to select on printing format page to select 1-1 page to print only the first page as shown on the screen as you viewed your documents. You can also download Canon App to print from your phone using Wi-Fi easy access to have features including document print, scan, photo print, smartphone copy, FAQ , etc... If any information being provided are incorrect, please disregard these comments since I'm still new to using this new Canon printer for a few months. I used the similar Canon model MF424 for more than 7 years, it's having all the same features and overall have been great experiences for me and my family. I believe the family members also purchased their printer from Best Buy more than 7 years ago and love using it. I'd recently bought two printers from Best Buy as 100% satisfied happy customers on the same Canon-image Class MF455dw wireless Black-and White All-In-One Laser Printer with Fax-White color printer.
