• A:Answer I don't know about "being locked" but I would suggest in the printing preferences, you select to print in B&W or grey scale as your default.

Q: QuestionCan this print both Legal and Letter at the same time? If I have a print job that has 100 pages of documents to print and some of them need to be Legal, will the printer switch them up.

• A:Answer No, I don’t think so. There is only one paper tray; it defaults to letter-sized paper, but can be expanded to accept legal paper. I think to print your job, rather than print the entire document you will need to define the pages that need to printed on legal paper via the custom print option in your application.
