• A:Answer I don't know. My recommendation is always use the OEM products, in this case the right ink (same brand name as the printer) so you won't have any problem with your printer in the near future. If you have any question or doubt the best thing is read the manual. edprint

• A:Answer Probably not, most of these cannon printers won't print unless both have ink. The money is made in the ink and not the printers themselves.

• A:Answer Yes you definitely can. That's exactly what I bought mine for and it works great! Just be sure to get the correct compatible ink cartridges and edible paper. Also, invest in non toxic cleaning solution and clean whenever you haven't used in a while to keep it from getting clogged and printing at its best quality
