Yes, I assume it does. Microsoft claims I'm using Windows 11, but the build starts with a 10. something, last time I looked. The chances are very, very good. Yes, it will work with a direct USB connection, and a cable is supplied, as I recall. In any case, I had the needed cable when the WiFi went on the fritz a few weeks ago; I plugged it in, and it worked fine -- it installed as a different printer with almost the same name. By the way, I fairly happy with the printer. It has its quirks, and it will tell you its out of ink long before you really are (I've put together a test page that reveal whether I'm really out or not). But my thought on setting it up were, hey, I've got a real printer now, instead of a toy.
