• A:Answer Yes, the camera takes selfies and even some pretty advanced selfies. With use of the Camera Connect app, you can connect to the camera with a smartphone or tablet (via WiFi or Bluetooth), set the camera on a secure spot or tripod and use the app as the camera's viewfinder. You can move as far away as the connection will allow. I've moved more than 15 feet away for instance, and use the app to zoom in and focus on what I want to shoot.
