“can you download photos to a pc & can you take pix in lowlight without flash or does it have to be a wireless laptop? I have a samsung with 5x zoom & want to upgrade, however I can easily download photos to my pc via the usb cable that came with the camera. not sure can do with this canon.”

As long as the computer has a media reader it will download to it. If you want to use the cord, you have to get that separate. It doesn't come with one like how other camera do. If you have it set on auto, it adjust to lowlight. The picture come out good. Hope this helps.
