I had this problem when my daughter first gave me the SX730 HS Canon Camera for Christmas in December 2018 when I opened the box and there was no transfer cable like I always used with my 2 previous camera's. After reading the manual and pulling my hair out (not really) I talked with a guy at Radio Shack who said they did not carry a transfer cable but get on eBay and QUE a search for " CANON SE730 HS CAMERA PHOTO TRANSFER CABLE FROM CAMERA TO COMPUTER". I did and purchased one for around $16 If my memory serves me. Works like a jewel.
