Solution Windows updates released in March 2021 caused problems for some people when printing. These problems included system crashes and portions of images missing. The following updates were causing difficulties: Windows 10 version 20H2: KB5000802 Windows 10 version 2004: KB5000802 Windows 10 version 1909: KB5000808 Windows 10 version 1809: KB5000822 Windows 10 version 1803: KB5000809 Windows Server 2019: KB5000822 On March 18, 2021, additional updates were released by Microsoft to correct this problem. These updates are: Windows 10 version 20H2: KB5001649 Windows 10 version 2004: KB5001649 Windows 10 version 1909: KB5001648 Windows 10 version 1809: KB5001638 Windows 10 version 1803: KB5001634 Windows Server 2019: KB5001638 On March 15, 2021, additional updates were released by Microsoft to correct this problem. These updates are: Windows 10 version 20H2: KB5001567 Windows 10 version 2004: KB5001567 Windows 10 version 1909: KB5001566 Windows 10 version 1809: KB5001568 Windows 10 version 1803: KB5001565 Windows Server 2019: KB5001568 To find out which version of Windows you're running, press and hold the Windows key and type the letter R. In the Run box, type winver and click OK. In the About Windows window that appears, the version number and build number will appear near the top. Please download and install these latest updates to correct any printing problems you may have experienced.
