Yes, plenty of online retailers sell aftermarket diffuser caps specifically made for the Canon Speedlite 270EXII. One example, Sto-Fen OM-EV Omni-Bounce Diffuser. B&H Photo, Adoramma and even Walmart sell these diffuser caps.

This probably isn't the answer you're looking for, but instead of a general diffuser, if I'm shooting indoors I point the flash straight up and the light reflecting off tall ceilings creates a perfect glow.

No, but you could tape tissue paper over the flash lens. I know that's not ideal but it works really well :) The only reason I say no outright is that it's very smooth around the lens so I don't see a good way of attaching it and unlike the 400 series it does not have one built in.
