QuestionWe purchased this camera for our church. We have issues trying to get the camera to download to the laptop that we are presenting from or streaming to FB. Do we need any specific programs in order to operate the camera ?

- Answer I hope someone answered you by now, but the setting is in the camera. You have to extend the display to HDMI it is a setting/configuration. Canon has it defaulted to off.

QuestionDoes this camera include lighting microphone boom op does it include all cables needed for the mic and a bookbag case to like when to take it but the camera and items in a book bag does it include Ed card or do I need to buy all that separate .

- Answer no it is only the camera. the microphone on the camera is just behind the lens. on the best buy photo you can sort of see a white line on the top and a bunch of holes, that's the only microphone that comes with it.
