“I have my newly purchased camera set up to come on when I start the car and turn off when I turn off the ignition. BUT, the camera turns on and off at will. Anyone know why? Anyone know who makes it? Unfortunately, my return time has passed. Thanks”

That shouldn't be the case. The DISPLAY may be turning on and off. Look at the upper righthand corner of the screen side of the dash cam. You should see a red light. When it is on, your EYE1PRO is recording even if your screen is off. If you have any further issues, please contact customer support at tel:833-227-3274 and they will answer all your questions.
