QuestionHow do you erase old, unwanted video clips? Our camera is giving us a lot of problems. The manual isn't very helpful. The camera shuts off inappropriately when you are driving, it doesn't record at night, the video it records is in no particular order

- Answer please email [email protected] or call 833-227-3274 during normal business hours and an expert will walk you through exactly what you need to do. They'll try to understand why your camera doesn't appear to record at night while driving. I have the camera and it records VERY WELL at night. please note: - The camera has loop recording and as soon as your micro sd card fills up it will start overwriting beginning with the oldest video. the camera SCREEN will shut off during driving. There's a red light in the upper righthand corner on the screen side of the EYE1PRO and that indicates that the camera is in use.

QuestionI have my newly purchased camera set up to come on when I start the car and turn off when I turn off the ignition. BUT, the camera turns on and off at will. Anyone know why? Anyone know who makes it? Unfortunately, my return time has passed. Thanks

- Answer That shouldn't be the case. The DISPLAY may be turning on and off. Look at the upper righthand corner of the screen side of the dash cam. You should see a red light. When it is on, your EYE1PRO is recording even if your screen is off. If you have any further issues, please contact customer support at tel:833-227-3274 and they will answer all your questions. - Answer Your Eye1Pro video contains time and date information. That information will be displayed when the video is replayed.

- Answer Yes. it's very easy to install. The mount is very easy and then you just need to plug the chord into the 12volt port. it is recommended that you use something such as a plastic knife to hide the cable into the molding of your car and network it along and the top molding, down the side molding, under the floor mats and into the 12 volt port.

- Answer Yes it does if you leave it plugged into your 12v unless the 12v shuts off when you shut the vehicle off.
