They'll try to understand why your camera doesn't appear to record at night while driving. I have the camera and it records VERY WELL at night. please note: - The camera has loop recording and as soon as your micro sd card fills up it will start overwriting beginning with the oldest video. the camera SCREEN will shut off during driving. There's a red light in the upper righthand corner on the screen side of the EYE1PRO and that indicates that the camera is in use.
