• If by "two-prong" you mean a 120-volt AC plug such as in a home, then you want a power "Invertor" that transforms 12-volt DC into 120-Volt AC. The more wattage an invertor puts out, the more they cost but a decent 1000-watt can be had for about $100 US at the tool outlet stores. One caution: they draw a fair amount of current and will run your battery down quickly if you don't have the engine on.

• What is a 2 prong cord. If you mean a 110 volt cord, then no, this device won’t work. You would require an inverter that would need to be already in your car or installed that can convert 12v dc to 110. They are typically found in rv’s.
