Is there any plastic on the inside of the kettle? null

No plastic. There is a little bit of rubber next to what I believe to be probe to monitor temperature.

. The lid is glass. The kettle is stainless steel on the inside. The bottom outside part is plastic ( where it rests on the base)

No, it's just stainless steel. Works great!
