Before ordering this product, I did not contact with the Best Buy customer service, but I reviewed this product and its detailed images on other websites. That's why I was totally sure that it had two shoulder straps. I think that the first image on the Best Buy website is confusing a little bit for this product, but if they told you directly that it had a single shoulder sling, that sounds like a mistake of the customer service then.
