“I was told by Best Buy customer service that this was a one shoulder sling back pack so I ordered it and it just arrived with two shoulder straps. What happened?”

Before ordering this product, I did not contact with the Best Buy customer service, but I reviewed this product and its detailed images on other websites. That's why I was totally sure that it had two shoulder straps. I think that the first image on the Best Buy website is confusing a little bit for this product, but if they told you directly that it had a single shoulder sling, that sounds like a mistake of the customer service then.

@Ghada: The Case Logic DLBP116Black Backpack is a backpack, it is not a one-shoulder sling pack. Case Logic does not currently produce a sling pack. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
