• It would "fit" but not firmly. I wouldn't recommend it. Plus the edging would not align and would look strange.

• They only have it in 38mm at bestbuy. This band is rare. Buy it if you love it.

• Not sure. It may be slightly thinner, but then you're only talking about 4mm. I would try it, worst case scenario it has to be returned. ;)
