Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.when I ordered my service, the ad says up to 40 Mbps. but the service came with 7 Mbps. I called and they offered to bring it up to 20 Mbps (which is available in my area) but ONLY if I purchased a 'new' modem (the centruylink router I bought at Best Buy only couple of days earlier) They flipped the switch and I had up to 20Mbps speed. So when the 'new' modem was delivered by UPS I rejected the deliver and sent it back. I have had service 5 weeks and still NO bill, either postal or e-mail. The internet service has been good but certainly better that the service from the company

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I get 12 Mbps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If it is ADSL/VDSL compatible, then is should be able to take 10Mbps and with VDSL it should get you up to 40Mbps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This modem sports gigabit speeds using ethernet connections. It will not increase the current speed that you are paying Century Link for. I.e. if you are paying for 5 Gb/s, having this modem/router will not increase your speed any higher. With DSL, your speed is heavily influenced by where you live in relationship to a phone company hub (since you are using a telephone line). Also, older wiring can slow down speeds. Fiber optic connections are not influenced by these factors, but most neighborhoods don't have that option.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My DSL speed is about 16Mbps and it works great.
