• You’ll need to purchase an additional door sensor if you want to use two doors like myself.

• I believe you will need two door sensors. But you only need the one hub.

• From my understanding of the device, the sensor can only be paired to one motor at a time. So if your desperate garages are on 2 desperate motors, I would suggest 2 sensors.

• You would only need one Hub and and additional door sensor, part number MYQ-G0402. And yes, you are able to operate both from the application.
