• Will this work for both my wife and I? - YES Can I lock the MyQ system when I leave my house so it can't be opened until I unlock it? - There is no locking mechanism like that, App will let you close and open the door over internet via phone, and will also tell you the status of the garage door if it is opened or not, there is no additional lock, if you have app and you are logged in you can open/close.
