“I have purchased the Chamberlin Smart garage control. And have gotten it installed, but i am having issues. The app opens the garage door but it will not close the door. There is nothing in the hubs way, I do not find a email address. NEED help”

• The unit might be defective. I had to replace mine.

• When closing, you should hear a series of beeps/flashing from the hub for 5 seconds before it closes.
