QuestionI went into Bestbuy to order a charger for my Fitbit. Nobody new which one to order, so the WORKER suggested I get this one, well it's not the right one. Anybody out there know which charger is the right one to oder? I enclosed pictures of the back of it.

Questiondoes this charger have 2 or 3 pins? I bought a charge 3 and the charger has 3 pins, but most of the chargers available say charge 3 but have only 2 pins.

QuestionI have a Fit Charge 2 but have ordered a Fit Charge 3. My Fit 2 has a broken face. And as I understand it cannot be repaired. Will the charge cord for my Fit 2 fit the Git 3? Or do I need to purchase another cord?

- Answer My understanding is that the charge cords for the Charge 2 and Charge 3 are not interchangeable. I'm sorry, but you will need to have a new charging cord. A cord for the Charge 3 should come with the Charge 3.
