• Yes you may . If you want to! But it comes with two racks and a tray and that is all I use .

• The Chefman website does not list extra parts or accessories. You may be able to locate a rack or baking pan that might fit. The appliance does come with one baking rack, a baking sheet, and an air fry basket that sits on the baking sheet. The oven is not very large, so you would be limited on the amount and size of various food items that would fit inside.
