Does the basket rotate for an even cook? null

It does not rotate. The air circulates underneath and over the food. Recipes advise you turn the food over midway, but I haven't and the food has comes out just fine.

No, basket does not rotate. It is static. It suggests you pull basket out and shuffle contents around during heating. Basket slides in and out fairly easily
