- Answer It does not rotate. The air circulates underneath and over the food. Recipes advise you turn the food over midway, but I haven't and the food has comes out just fine.

- Answer It won't fit a large turkey and you use very little oil. A teaspoon or none. Just a coating if you want. The whole point is to fry without oil to be healthier.
