• I don't think you can do both at the same time. It has to one or the other since you have turn the knob to select the option. I usually just go based off what I would use if I was using the regular oven to bake and keep an eye on. Tends to cook a little faster then the oven. I love mine so much I don't even turn on my regular oven anymore. It's great.
