• I make a perfect chicken fry with temperature at 375 and timed for 15 mins one side! Repeat the same after turning over the Chicken pieces.

• Two large chicken breasts on 400 degrees for 15 minutes was not long enough. The next time I used 450 degrees for 15 minutes and the food burned. I have not had success with meat.
