“RJ38-WD-8T does NOT exist on Chefman.com website. They require an access code for this model to register and/or get onto ClubCheman. Please provide information as to how to register when they don't list it, also the and I need access the "Access Code"”

I had emailed Chefman telling them that also, that I couldn't get into the "club" because when I typed in MY correct access code that's on the bottom of MY Chefman airfryer, I kept getting a reply saying THAT access coed didn't exist. Someone from Cheftman emailed me back saying to type in the word "SUPPORT" in ALL CAPS, for the access code, so I did, and it WORKED. ;) I hope it does for YOU TOO. :)
