• No it is not! Just purchased it for a trip and the directions inside the box states do not use with an electrical converter.

• Gosh, there is absolutely nothing on the box or dryer stating dual voltage. I know my friend used to have an adapter she used when she traveled out of country. She plugged the adapter into the wall and then plugged the dryer into the adapter. Hope that helps a little.
