- Answer Computer comes overclocked. CLX test this thoroughly to make sure computer holds up to the high standards that CLX puts on their liquid cooled foundry machines. Best Buy only offers it in white.

- Answer Prebuilt manufacuturers use any brand of GPUs they have available but all will still be the stated class. So you could get a 4090 from PNY, Zotac, Asus, Gigabyte, or whomever else.
