This system does indeed use NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti graphics.
While we will do our best to answer them, or at least provide pertinent information, we believe at least some of your other questions are meant for Best Buy, as we do not sell televisions, such as the LG 65 C9.
With regards to working with the LG 65 C9, if you are referencing Model OLED65C9PUA (Best Buy SKU 6338500), then yes, the system can connect to that television. Of note is that for OLED65C9PUA, the manufacturer’s page, as well as the listing here at Best Buy indicate that it has G-Sync, for providing smooth gameplay when connected to a PC, and G-Sync is supported by the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti.
As to overclocking, as currently shipping, this configuration is not overclocked. Please note that the 1 Year Parts and Lifetime Labor Warranty that we at CLX provide does not cover damage caused by non-factory overclocking.
And finally, while the system arrives fully assembled and ready to connect and run after removing the internal protective foam, we believe your installation question was more in regards to a full, in-house setup, including connection to display and network. For an answer to this, you would need to direct your inquiry to Best Buy directly.
