A:Answer JackM,
Thank you for choosing CLX!
We apologize for the issue, and are happy to help!

The two most probable causes and their resolutions are:
1) This configuration has two sets of video ports - one set on the motherboard, which is normally inactive, and the other on the video card itself, which are active. Please make certain that the display is connected to one of the ports on the video card, and not the motherboard. The video card ports will be more towards the middle of the system, while the motherboard ports will be near the top, in and among the various USB and audio ports.
2) The power supply on the back of the system has a master power switch, which will prevent the system from powering on and providing video, even when the chassis power button is pressed. To check the master power switch, first locate it on the back of the system, next to where the power cord connects to the system. It will be a rocker style switch, with two symbols on it, a line and a circle. If the circle side is down, the master switch is off. Simply press the side of the switch with the line on it, until it 'rocks' into the down position.
Thank you again, JackM!
