• A:Answer Yes, most if not all desktops will have a GPU that will have fans on them. Albeit that there are some passive cooling GPU cards in the market but they are not going to be put into gaming computers. This is going to be 100% of the case when dealing with higher end gaming desktops. Low profile / laptop GPU will most likely not have fans, this is not the case for desktops. Hope this helps.
