Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech CM18245. The CM18245 is still registered to the old main console hence the error message. You need to deregister the deskset first from the old main console then re-register it to the replacement one. If you are no longer able to power on the old main console, we recommend that you contact our Customer Support at 1-800-595-9511. We are open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays.
