“Can I set the voicemail system up on a single line so that there are several separate mail boxes instead of just general. Ex. Blah blah if you are trying to reach John doe press 1 , Jane doe press 2, etc. We have several people using one line.”

Hello JT - Yes, the CM series has an auto attendant feature that will allow callers to choose the extension number that they would like to reach. The system requires the main console model CM18445 to operate.
