A:Answer It is possible that you have a defective radio. We do offer a 1 year warranty on our radios and a 90 day warranty on our defective accessories. That involves returning only the defective item(s) to us and we send a replacement(s). If you would like to start the warranty process, please provide us with a copy of your receipt(If no receipt, explain) along with your full name, mailing address, and a contact phone number. We will also need your model# and a brief explanation of the issue. Once we receive those details we will then provide you with the information for sending the defective item(s).
